Terrific Ten Months!

Noah had his "9 month" check up yesterday where he was a champ at getting his vaccines and also did remarkably well at having blood taken (from his little bitty finger!) He didn't really cry but spent the entire time yelling angrily at the nurse, I'm quite certain that it was "Hey lady, give me my finger back!" He has developed such a wonderful personality and is moving EVERYWHERE!

Here are some fun updates this month in the life of Noah Zelman:
  • 22 lbs 6 oz
  • 28 3/4 inches
  • Size 4 diaps
  • Size 9/12, 6-12, 12 month clothing
  • Size 4/5 shoes (He wore his very first Chuck Taylor low tops!!!)
  • Teeth: ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Noah's very first tooth broke the surface yesterday, one day before he was officially ten months!!!! :)
  • Says DA DA (he loves to yell it loudly when his Daddy walks into a room!)
  • Noah is now STANDING in his crib every morning when I got in to retrieve/check on him.  The sleep sack does not stop this little boy!
  • At the beginning of the month Noah started scooting to help keep him to an object so he could pull up and cruise around.  Now he is full on crawling!
  • If a door is not opened all the way he will push it open.
  • If a door is closed he reaches for the door knob (OMG!!!!! I am not ready for my baby to grow up!!!!) and then proceeds to bang on the door hoping his brut force will allow him access to forbidden corridors (HP!) in our house.
  • Loves to clap especially when he is excited
Yay! Frozen Yogurt
  • Loves yogurt and frozen yogurt (seriously who doesn't love some fro yo!)
  • Turns pages in his books :)
  • Understands when he shouldn't be going somewhere or doing something, but laughs and smiles at you when he gets caught (obviously its just a big game!)
  • Climbs stairs (so far 5, no worries he is attended at all times)
  • Mastered sipping from a straw
  • Pitches fits when he can't have something he wants
Yelling to have his straw back.
  • Getting into EVERYTHING!
Wonder how long this will keep him out?
I'll just try this drawer instead!
  • Ripping up paper is a new favorite past time: magazines, paper towels, nothing is safe :p
  • Tried chicken and turkey for the first time this month and loved it!
Move Mama, I can't see Elmo!
